Reservation

Your booking is considered binding as soon as you have received a written confirmation from us by e-mail, fax, or post and your deposit has been paid. You can make your deposit as follows:

  • by stating the number and due date of your credit card (except American Express and Diners Club)
  • by bank order - our bank details: IBAN: IT31H08182 59050 000300016187
  • by online deposit

Cancellation policy

Please inform us in good time if you have to cancel your holiday. There is no right of withdrawal in the sense of the Consumer Protection Code – nevertheless, we grant you the following cancellation conditions:

  • For cancellations up to 14 days prior to arrival, no additional cancellation fees will be charged.
  • Cancellations between 14 - 10 days prior to arrival will incur a charge of 50% of the total amount booked.
  • Cancellation between 10 - 3 days before arrival: 70% of the agreed total price
  • From 3 days, in case of no-show, early departure, or late arrival: 100% of the agreed daily price.

To ensure that you are not charged any cancellation fees, we recommend that you take out our very affordable travel cancellation insurance.

Travel cancellation protection insurance

Something can always happen before the start of your trip. With our travel cancellation protection, you are financially protected. If you delay a booked hotel stay, do not start it at all, or end it early, cancellation fees may be charged to you. In order to keep you free of any expenses in such cases, we recommend that you take out this travel cancellation protection insurance so that you are covered by the Europäische Reiseversicherung.

Dogs
For your pet, we charge €15.00-30.00 per day (without food). Please understand that your four-legged friend is not allowed in the restaurant or wellness area. There is an extensive forest and numerous walking paths available for you to walk your dog and allow them to relieve themselves.

Arrival and departure

Your room is available from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival. We kindly ask you to leave your room by 10:30 a.m. on the day of departure. You have the possibility to stay in the hotel during the day on the day of departure and to use the entire wellness area. If available, we will be happy to inform you about late check-out.

Payment methods
We accept payment in cash or by credit card (except American Express and Diners Club).

Non-smoking
We are a non-smoking establishment. Smoking is prohibited in all rooms and in all public areas.

Unfortunately, it is not always possible for us to give you a binding confirmation of the floor, location, and room or apartment number within a specific category.
