Bookings
A booking is binding when you receive an e-mail, fax or letter from the hotel confirming your booking and when you pay the deposit. Deposits may be paid as follows: 

• by credit card (specify number and expiration date). American Express and Diners Club cards are not accepted 
• by bank transfer. The bank coordinates of the hotel are IBAN: IT31H08182 59050 000300016187

Conditions of booking cancellation
If you cancel your stay, please notify the hotel promptly. A penalty will not be charged if you cancel up to 30 days before the starting date. For cancellations with less than 30 days' notice, the list price of the room for the relative period of the year will be charged. The same policy applies to late arrivals and early departures. To avoid paying a penalty, we recommend you take out the trip cancellation insurance offered by the hotel at very advantages rates.

Trip cancellation insurance
Something may always happen before you take your trip. With trip cancellation insurance, you're covered if it does. According to EEC regulations, you may be charged a penalty in case of late departure, or if you cancel or interrupt your stay. To prevent being charged, we suggest you take out insurance against cancellation of your trip.

Dogs
We charge an extra 5-10 € per day (excluding food) for pets. We're sure you understand why we can't allow your four-legged friends to enter the restaurant and the wellness area. We do provide a large wooded area for you to take walks together with your animal friends. Or, you can offer your loyal pet a luxury vacation and take him to the "Prieth" kennel. We'll be happy to give you complete information!

Arrivals and departures
The room will be available at (around) 1:00 PM on the day of your arrival. Please leave the room by 10:30 AM on the day of departure. Of course, you're welcome to remain at the hotel and use our wellness area on the day of departure. Click here to get complete information on how to reach our hotel by car, by train and by air.

Methods of payment
Although we prefer you pay your bill by cash or check, we also accept payment by EC card or credit card (American Express and Diners Club cards are not accepted).

Non-smokers
Smoking is not allowed in our hotel. This smoking ban applies to all the rooms and all public areas. However, you are allowed to smoke in the smoking area of the bar.

Apartment and room numbers
The hotel is not always able to guarantee the requested floor, position or number of a room or apartment in a given category.
