Finnish Sauna: 90°C
The classic sauna. Dry heat stimulates the circulation, helps the body get rid of toxins, makes the skin more attractive, and frees the respiratory tract.

Organic Turkish bath: 60°C
Humidity: around 45%. Tolerated very well by the circulatory system, this bath relaxes and regenerates while exerting a detoxifying action and purifying the skin, stimulating circulation, and strengthening natural defenses.
 
Aromatic Turkish bath: 45°C
Humidity: around 95%, with plant and floral aromas. A particularly relaxing olfactory experience in an environment that's hot and moist, instead of hot and dry.
